The provision of Publication Package for Strengthening the Capacity and Knowledge of Lawyers of the Human Rights Centers for the Project on “Strengthening the Capacity of Bar Associations and Lawyers on European Human Rights Standards”

The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on “Strengthening the Capacity of Bar Associations and Lawyers on European Human Rights Standards”. The purpose of this call is to identify one (1) provider for the provision of preparation, printing, and distribution of Publication Package (6 books and electronic versions of these books) to strengthen the capacity and knowledge of individual lawyers of human rights centers.
Please send the documents to the following e-mail address: ankara.office@coe.int by 27 September 2021, Monday, (23:59 Turkish Time). Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address indicated above, with the following reference in the subject line: Tender-SCoBAL-Publication Package. Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be submitted at least 5 (five) days (22 September 2021 – 23:59 Turkish Time) before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address ankara.office@coe.int with the following reference in subject: Questions-SCoBAL-Publication Package.
